How do I add a withdrawal address to the whitelist on the web?
- Go to the Monochrome official website homepage, then click "Assets" at the top right, enter the Assets Overview page.
2. On the Asset Overview page, click "Withdraw" or click "Withdraw" in the Spot Account to enter the withdrawal page.
3. Select "Normal Withdraw" and the coin you want to withdraw, choose the network that matches the withdrawal platform, then in the Withdraw Address section, click "Address List".
4. On the address list page, select the currency and the network that matches the withdrawal platform, then enter the withdrawal address and note, enable the "Trust this address" option and click "Add".
5. Enter the verification code from your bound two-factor authentication tool and click "Confirm" to successfully add the withdrawal address to the whitelist.
APP
In addition to the commonly used on-chain withdrawal function, VOOX also supports internal transfers within the platform. It is simple, fast, and enables fee-free transfers.
- Open the Monochrome APP homepage, select "Balance" at the bottom, then choose "Withdraw".
- Select USDT, then tap on "Internal Transfer". If you want to choose other coins for internal transfer, after tapping "Internal Transfer", go to the transfer page to select the desired coin.
- Select the coin to transfer, enter the recipient’s account UID, the withdrawal amount, and tap "Confirm".
- Enter the verification code from your linked two-factor authentication tool and click "Confirm" to complete the internal transfer.
After completing the internal transfer, you can view the transfer records by tapping the top-right corner on the transfer page or check the withdrawal records by clicking "Transaction" on the balance page.
