How to Unbind 2FA on the Web

To unbind Google Authenticator:

• Log in to the Monochrome website.
• Navigate to the Security Center page.
• Locate the Google Authenticator option and click Unbind.
• Enter the Google Authenticator code and email verification code to pass the security check, then click Submit to successfully unbind your Google Authenticator.

To unbind your phone number:

1. Log in to the Monochrome website.
2. Go to the Security Center page.
3. Find the phone option and click Unbind.
4. Enter the Google Authenticator code and email verification code to pass the security check, then click Submit to successfully unbind your phone number.

To unbind Google Authenticator on the app:

1. Navigate to Personal Center > Security Center > Google Authenticator > Enabled.
2. Enter the Google Authenticator code and email verification code to complete the unbinding process.
